Hammond Street Developments Pty Ltd (HSD) is committed to your privacy. In our relationship with you as an ICT infrastructure and services partner, we gather information about you in many ways. The coverage of this statement relates to the information held by HSD which we may collect about you in business dealings with your company.

HSD provides this online privacy policy so that you can be aware of our privacy policy, practices and of the choices you can make about the manner in which your information is collected and used.

On the HSD systems and tools, customers can order products or services and make special fulfilment requests. The type of information collected within these systems is: contact name, email address, office address, postal address, telephone number, fax number, mobile phone number (if applicable) and job title.
How we use the information:
HSD simply uses this information to enable the processing of your requests and to help you complete your transaction. We also use this information to maintain our contact with you regarding the latest offers and information available and to ensure that you are kept up-to-date. The information will also be used by our Marketing Team for organising relevant information and special events with you or your company. We always will give you the option to opt in or out of any direct mail or event contact.
Who we share it with:
HSD will not sell, nor rent / lease your personal information to others. Unless we have your consent or are required by law, we will only share your personal information with employees of HSD or our business partners who are supplying products on our behalf (i.e. vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun and Apple) where this is necessary. As part of our commitment to your privacy our business partners are also covered by this policy when dealing with your personal information.

HSD will not use or share your personal information in ways unrelated to the above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As mentioned before, we will also offer you the choice of whether or not you would like to receive special event information.
Your permission will always be sought and obtained first if we should ever need to provide your details to a third party in order to fulfil your needs. This may occur from time to time if we source your products and services from a third party that requires your information to complete a transaction directly with you. This is important in some cases as the supplier may not be governed by the privacy laws of Australia and as such you will have the choice as to whether you would like them to have access to your personal details.

HSD aim to keep your information accurate at all times. We will provide you with access to your personal information and have a method of enabling you to update and correct your details via our Account Team. In future, links via the HSD website may be provided for your convenience. If you choose to enter any of the linked sites you must be aware that you do so at your own risk. HSD will not be responsible for the security of your personal information in respect to these external sites.
